COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our Big Eye IPA is a big hoppy brew, thanks to the abundance of American Columbus and Centennial varieties we use to flavor and dry hop. While the English originally added extra hops to preserve their beers for sea travel, we do it for the love of all that bold, intense flavor that makes India Pale Ale one of our favorite styles.

UPDATED: DEC 24, 2014 There are worse ways to pass the time, whilst being ’snowed in’ in SE QLD, than sucking this beer down. A classic of the US genre; full flavoured, resin hops with some thickness, dark spicey fruits. Seems a bit more bold than its 7% suggests. Cracking value in Australia at about $5 and competes very well with the SN Torpedo.

355ml can. Pours a hazy orange with a medium, frothy, long lasting, off-white head that leaves curtains of lace. Sweet aroma of caramel malt, peach, orange, grapefruit and light pine needles. Sweet flavour of caramel malt, peach, grapefruit, orange peel and pine needles with a dry, bitter grass finish. Medium to full body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Nice.

På fat på Bishops Arms Örebro. Brunröd med smutsvitt skum. Doft av citrusfrukter. Lite väl besk smak med en del grape.

Beautiful looking orange to reddish, head went to the sides slowly. Little bit of lacing sticks to the glass. Aroma has nice caramel malt body, pines and grapefruit hops. Taste has sweet caramel malts, pines, resin and grapefruit hops with moderate bitterness. Fullish body and medium carbonation. Nice and malty IPA.
