Our Big Eye IPA is a big hoppy brew, thanks to the abundance of American Columbus and Centennial varieties we use to flavor and dry hop. While the English originally added extra hops to preserve their beers for sea travel, we do it for the love of all that bold, intense flavor that makes India Pale Ale one of our favorite styles.

a very good looking orange with a slight tinge of haze, a fair creamy-light green head. smell is fruity and sweet, mango, dried pineapple. up front and strong bitterness, grassiness, but with good malt flavours of honey, grain, still kinda harsh bitterness throughout the drink. body seems teeming with hop texture, medium body. i havent had an IPA in a while, but this one seems a little too harsh and coarsely bitter for the style. flavourful and reserved but not one id buy often.

W nosie średnio intensywnie, słodko, marmolada pomarańczowa, żywica, dojrzałe mango, karmel. Barwa bursztynowa, klarowne, ładna, biała, gęsta piana. W smaku rządzi żywica, pźniej trochę karmelu i słodkich cytrusw. Goryczka wysoka, żywiczna. IPA w klasycznym wydaniu, niezłe, ale nic nie urywa. Butelka do ... a kto to wie BE 586 lub 16306.

Butelka 0,33l. Barwa złota. Piana niezbyt obfita. Mimo mętności, wyjątkowo klarowne. W zapachu zaskakująco mało aromatu. Na pierwszy plan wybija sie żywica. W smaku rwnież żywica, ale i cytrusy. Finisz mocno goryczkowy.

Amber colour with thin head. Aroma and flavour have a fair amount of syrupy malts and resinous hop. Quite bitter.

Out of a can, loaded with hops, perfect body and balance. Quite up front with little malty backbone. All about the hops! Very good

Bomber. Rich muddy copper, thin white head. Feels like walking down a pine needle covered trail, crunching as I walk, forest opens up to a large sweeping subalpine meadow of wheat and livestock, with spikey snow capped tips peaking out above the treeline.

Bottle. Teku. Golden, medium hazy with big, moderate, off-white frothy head. After opening nice and moderate resinous and citrus accents with some tropical notes, which disappears quickly, only solid pale malty backbone. Taste is moderately to heavy bitter - stable and long, balanced with nice maltiness. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. finish is bitter, resinous and slightly malty. In overall solid IPA, the aroma should stay for some more time, after few whiles its gone.
