Draft at Duckworths. Crystal clear golden color white head. Floral white pepper aroma. Taste is lager like.

4/15/17. On tap in a flight at Craft on Draft. Clear golden pour with a small white head. Light pale malt aroma, a grassy kick, a hint of citrus. Good flavor, pale malts, crackers, doughy, grass. Not bad.

Clear yellow with a moderate sized, white head. Pale malt and grain scent. Light sweet start, with a mild shift to herbal bitterness. More herbal hops in the finish. Rather dry in the linger. Just a bit of fruit noted in the middle. Easy drinking. Somewhat quenching. Definitely has a kolsch vibe to it. Might be my replacement for Lakefront Cream City Pale (as that seems to have been lost in the market).

Pours up a crystal clear bright yellow color, with a thick foamy white head, that left nice legs of lace. Aroma is mild and slightly sweet malt. Flavor brings light toasted cracker malt with a green, leafy bitterness in the background, just enough to balance. Body is light but not watery. Leaves a nice light, lasting maltiness behind on the tongue. Like a bit of spring air, very refreshing and easy to drink. This is a really nice, well done blonde ale.

This blonde is gorgeous, but theres little behind her flowing golden locks and creamy white mounds of lacy head. Lightly grainy aroma. Bland but crisp flavor with a clean finish.

This one tastes good to me. Kinda scratches a Pilsner itch with nice floral hops. Its a bit thicker and sweeter than a good pils though with a sort of breakfast cereal malty overtone. There is a hint of grassiness that Im not enamored with but otherwise, this is a lovely beer. I could drink it all day and would if I had more.

Very clear pale golden color with a slim head of soapy white foam. Sweetened corn grain with some honey, pepper, and spice notes provide a bit more complexity toward this golden ale.

12 ounce bottle into pint glass, bottled on 3/8/2017. Pours slightly hazy pale golden/yellow color with a 2 finger fairly dense and rocky white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Nice dense soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of cracker, lightly toasted white bread, lemon, pear, apple, herbal, light pepper, and floral/grassy earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance of pale malt and light-moderate earthy hop/fruity yeast notes; with solid strength. Taste of cracker, lightly toasted white bread, lemon, pear, apple, herbal, light pepper, and floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate herbal/grassy/spicy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of cracker, lightly toasted white bread, lemon, pear, apple, herbal, pepper, and floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice robustness and balance of pale malt and light-moderate earthy hop/fruity yeast flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and zero astringent hop flavors after the finish. Moderate dryness from bitterness, increasing through the glass. Medium carbonation and light body; with a very smooth, crisp, clean, and moderately grainy/sticky balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.5%. Overall this is a very nice American blonde ale. All around nice robustness and balance of pale malt and light-moderate earthy hop/fruity yeast flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink. Just a tad too bitter/drying for the style, it hits all the right notes in all other areas. A very enjoyable offering.

Crisp like a pils with hints of lemon and sweet malt. Nothing special, but far from hateful.

Hazy pale yellow pour with a white head and good retention. Spotty lacing. Lemon nose. Smooth and crisp mouthfeel. Tastes more like a pilsner to me. Refreshing.
