Ballast Point is ON POINT with this one. Like most of their hop oriented brews, the Dorado is one to enjoy. The complexity from the varieties of hops creates a smorgasbord of piney, grassy, and citrus flavors and is supported by a strong backbone of toasted malts. A darkish brown color creates a telltale tan head and nice palate that comes from the near perfect balance. Great brew.
UPDATED: NOV 4, 2017 Nice orange. Flowery puffy aroma. Thick. Almost salty boogie. Grass. Tropical. Long warm bitter. Marstonlad (1009) - Helsinki, FINLAND - NOV 2, 2017
UPDATED: NOV 2, 2017 Bottle at Favela, Helsinki. Pours hazy amber with a big frothy head. The aroma features strong hoppiness with an emphasis on pine and resin. Taste is light sweet initially, later heavily bitter. Piney, resinous flavours are complemented by a touch of caramel and dried fruitiness. Very, very hoppy. Rich, warming. The palate is full-bodied, smooth and low in carbonation. Intense American DIPA. Azote1488 (12) - Ñuñoa, CHILE - OCT 30, 2017

Poured from a bottle into a tulip glass. Clear orange with a small, but creamy white head. Lots of lacing. Aroma is a mild caramel, citrus and pine. Medium to full body, crisp, and a bit sticky. Very heavy bitter that rapidly escalates to a peak and then lingers for an exceedingly long and dry finish. edgallow (4689) - nashville, Tennessee, USA - SEP 21, 2017
12 oz bottle pours amber with a off white head. Aroma of pine, citrus and caramel. This is a very good beer with taste of caramel, tropical fruit and grains
