Clear copper color. Small white ring head. Oaky amd resinous hop aroma. Smooth, mellow lighly sweet hoppy flavor. Smooth finish. Very good and easy. HighWine (991) - Whalezbro, Illinois, USA - APR 1, 2013
Tap flight at the brewery. Honey colored pour with a well laced white head. Malty nose. Flavor is coconut, malt syrup, and rum. Not what I was expecting but good. Hoppy barley wine?

Pony Bar, NY tap ($5): Pours brownish with a beige head. Aroma is pretty crazy, for it is a combination of citrus and whiskey, with a little booze. Taste is very complex, although a little bit off-balance. Lots of wood and vanilla, a little bit of hop bitterness, plenty of sweetness, and some citrus. This is pretty good and on cask it was pleasant. jredmond (8839) - New York, New York, USA - OCT 19, 2012
Draft at pony. Pours a golden body with thin foamy white head. Aroma is super sugary hops. Mouthfeel is medium to thin (thanks cask) with notes of sugar and citrus hops.
