B-. Pours a clear golden color with white head. Let it warm up a little to reduce the strong bitterness

鬆軟的酒帽散發有個性的葡萄柚白囊與青草香。酒液輕中度碳酸化,有點粉粉的口感。前端焦糖餅乾香,伴隨香吉

Can @ home. Hazy golden colour with a medium sized white head. Smells and tastes hoppy, very sweet, bitter, slightly piny, slightly resin. Almost a double ipa. Medium body, soft to medium carbo.

Pours an orange amber color. Two fingers eggshell head. Good retention, good lacing. Some of the lacing is thin, some is thick and some splotches are lumpy.

Aroma is surprisingly hoppy. I’m surprised at least. Lots of grapefruit. Good deal of orange and pine and resin. There’s a light maltiness slipping through.

Taste is bitter upfront. More than I expected for 35 IBU. Citrus and pine dominate. Touch of resin. Grapefruit only comes through at the end. It’s good.

Mouthfeel is medium bodied. Little more bitter than expected. Pretty drinkable. A little oily on the finish.

Overall, this is a good one. I’d recommend this, and I would buy it again.

Taste: fresh melon, piney hops mixed with a grain and malty backbone. Bread and a fresh floral hop nose. Dark Gold/Honey color, semi clear, medium body, some clean finish with a bit hint of grain at end.

Can. Classic hazy orange/amber with an off white head. Lots of caramel/biscuit malt and light citrus flower hops. The caramel/biscuit malts lead from the front, which is taken over by an assertive bitter pine resin and grapefruit middle, and light refreshing citrusy finish. Full on pale ale as you would expect from Ballast Point. Delicious.
