COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our Sculpin IPA is a great example of what got us into brewing in the first place. After years of experimenting, we knew hopping an ale at five separate stages would produce something special. The result ended up being this gold-medal winning IPA, whose inspired use of hops creates hints of apricot, peach, mango and lemon flavors, but still packs a bit of a sting, just like a Sculpin fish.

Bottle - Slight cloudy light orange color. Has a slightly spicy nose. The taste is nothing but habanero which is disappointing for this beer. The spicy flavor overwhelms any other flavor that would be present. Not a bad beer but certainly a one off. You have to find the right food pairing for this and I think it would be great.

33cl från systembolaget. Grym öl. Helt otroligt hur habaneron kickar in i slutet. Funkar grymt bra till chilli.

BOTTLE. Golden pour with minimal head.. Habanero nose, some pepper.. Intense heat from the habanero upfront, malt base softens heat in middle, some hops, then the heat & pepper come in hard at back end.. Leaves the lips & tongue dancing.. Sourced RW

330ml bottle. Golden yellow colour. Medium white head. Apricoty, citrussy, quite fruity, spicy aroma. Spicy beginning. Chilli overshadows all the other tastes already in the middle. Very spicy finish. Only at the very beginning there is some hints of fruitiness and citrusses. Rather medium bodied, medium carbinated, very spicy, freaky beer.

Intense taste of habanero. I mean intense! The overall feeling is hanging long time after

Aroma of peaches and tropical fruit. The taste, though, is where this beer brings the heat. It’s like a craft beer Cesear! Some pine and citrus in the background but it’s mostly hot pepper and lots of it.

Great base beer with clean malt and bright aromatic hops. Habanero was raw and grassy, with moderate heat and no fruity or floral character.

Damn they have upped the Habanero on this batch. Lip tingling good on top of a very solid IPA. Great, Great stuff and hugely fun. Fuck yeah.

Bottle: pours golden amber with a thin white head, hoppy aroma, taste is very, very spicy. It overpowers everything else. It’s not a bad beer, but not one I can drink much of.

Bottle enjoyed at home
Copper hazy, big creamy beige head. Smell of grapefruit, citrus, pine and malts. Moderate sweet, some fruityness and citrus before the habanero kicks in and take over the show. Wow! After this everything is mostly habanero chili.......... and some biting piny stuff in the back. I like it!
