Purchased 3/30/2015 enjoyed 10/31/2015 in a Hopslam tulip/snifter.
Look - Black thick body. Cold first pour yielded a finger of fine bubbled head. Warm pour not as much head. Settles to a ring. Blotchy lacing.
Smell - Chocolate. Pepper. Spice. Coffee.
Taste - Cummin. Curry. Pepper. Chocolate. Coffee. Coconut. Complex but not my taste.
Feel - Burns with spice, not alcohol. Thick.
Overall - Different. I like spice but not Indian spice. Won’t buy again. I even gave it 7 months to mellow. woodychevy (874) - - OCT 28, 2015
Bomber at home with the core 3. Super interesting from first sip to last. Really well balanced between sweetness of dark malts and array of spices. Definitely sweet up front with some nice heat/curry at the end to temper it. Oily in the mouth. Pretty serious brew overall. Great. Habanero (4721) - Tranbjerg, DENMARK, DENMARK - OCT 15, 2015
Bottled. Pours pitch black beer with an average tan head. Aroma of slightly roasted malt, chocolate and spice. Sweet flavor that ends up dry, bitter and peppery notes. Medium bodied, oily texture and soft carbonation. A nice brew indeed. 🌟🌟🌟🌟 77ships (9895) - Antwerpen, BELGIUM - OCT 11, 2015
BIG thanks for the bottle. 650 ml. bottle sampled. Dark brown. Nose is hugely sweet, plenty of coconut, lime, spices, sugar, toffee & malt sweetness, sticky & awesome. Taste is hugely sweet chocolate, curry, coconuts, caramel, candy, toffee, spices, nice chili heat, coffee. Thick & sticky. Every bit as awesome as I hoped that it would be. arnold931 (1263) - Iowa, USA - OCT 10, 2015

Poured from 22 oz. bottle into my Taco Mac 20 oz mug. Very nice frothy head and good lacing. Strong aroma of cayenne, curry and ginger. Quite “spicy”. Had it on tap at Taco. This stuff is very good!! MadRobin (2988) - Silver Spring, Maryland, USA - SEP 13, 2015

From the 650 ml. bottle. Dark brown pour with a modest foamy tan head. I get some coconut and sweet malts for a moment on the nose but the spicy curry, cumin, and cayenne are powerful sensations too. Medium body. This has some heat! Maybe way too much heat for my palate. The curry, cumin, and cayenne penetrate the senses to the tenth degree. The spice makes this one a slow sipper for me and I am thinking about what sort of recipes I might be able to cook using this beer as a base. emusche (209) - Wisconsin, USA - SEP 7, 2015
Pours black with a creamy head. Aroma is very unique; hints of cayenne, but big coconut, curry and lime. Taste is similar, love the chocolate, coffee, coconut and curry. After several sips you can get a slow heat coming from the cayenne. Good; I'd drink it again.
