, from WineSpot, Cleveland, USA. Medium aroma with sweet malty notes, almost like in apple cider. Light yellow color with no head. Clear liquid. Medium/light taste of sweet malts. Simple and too sweet. No hardly any hops. Narrow taste spectrum and short sweet malty aftertaste. Light/medium body with medium carbonation. Overall very light, too light compared to German stuff. Might go as a thirst quencher.
Average yellow shade, a tiny bit hazy but mostly clear. Small head. Smell is damp grass and hay, creamed corn, and toasted corn. Taste is balanced, a good conflict between sweet and bitter. A decent bitter aftertaste, but it almost...almost doesn’t taste like the aftertaste belongs with the lager. SilverfoX (879) - Norfolk, ENGLAND - NOV 23, 2015
hoppy metallic smell, pale gold body, tastes slightly yeasty and metallic, over carbed. flying_pig (1666) - SCOTLAND - NOV 23, 2015

Very ordinary from Ballast Point to be honest, it was a very clean & crisp beer but there wasn’t a whole lot of flavour really. I got some grasy hops, hay & corn with some bread malts but nothing grabbed me or made me want to try this one again which was disappointing given how good some of the brewery’s other beers are.
Draft at SB. Pours a crystal clear pale gold with a foamy platinum blond head that sticks around. Nutty, slightly biscuity nose. Creamy medium body with plenty of lively carb. Biscuity, nutty mid-palate, slight herbal note to the finish. Very clean and refreshing beer but not a whole lot of complexity.

Wonder why I never rated this. From a can. Smell was just a tiny bit off in the phenolic kind of way. Very nice look about this lager, clear and clean with just a tad yellow. First impression is hay, then good pale lager with a mild finish of dort. Goes down easy, much more refreshing than most dort or hells. Could easily drink another can of this stuff. Nice job! sawbuck (767) - Round Lake, Illinois, USA - NOV 6, 2015
Nice aroma of sweet bread, some caramel. pale gold color, thin white head, gone in seconds. Sweet malt up front. Off sweetness, notes of bread, and roasted caramel. Bitterness is earthy and peppery. Finish is watery and just a bit off balance. Have had better in this style. Their ales much better. kambei70 (1122) - - NOV 5, 2015
2015 can. pours a clear pale yellow straw color with small, short-lived white head and no lacing. Aroma is full of bread and grass. Taste is slightly bitter without much of a finish. Body is light with average carbonation and a crisp mouthfeel. Very refreshing and easy to drink.

A light golden beer with a thin white head.. The aroma is sweet with notes of Halletaur hops. The flavor is sweet with light notes of grass, leading to a dry and rather bitter finish Yorker (2088) - Holstebro, DENMARK - OCT 19, 2015
35 cl can @ home. Pours clear yellow with a white head that leaves a little lacing. Aroma and flavour are lemons, straw, and malt - with a dry finish.
