UPDATED: SEP 5, 2013 Had at The Union, Encinitas CA. Delicious. Perfectly balanced IPA. Pours yellow orange, clear. minimal head. Intense hops on the first sip then mellows out. A unique floral hop notes linger on the palate, slightly spicy and like nothing i have ever tasted. A great high powered session IPA. Highly addictive and perfection at its best. Bravo!
6-Pack in NJ, poured same clear yellow orange, minimal head. Same great freshness and flavors. It travels well, not cheap $14.99 for 6 12oz bottles. Well worth it. A flawless IPA Abrakarl (436) - SWEDEN - SEP 3, 2013
Incredibly fruity aroma that is intrusive - in a good way. Very fruity but still well- balanced. Not too sweet, still has that bitterness. A hefty 93 SEK (approx 14 usd) at Bishop Arms in Kiruna, but in Sweden that’s not too bad for great craft beer. Vestlake (279) - Birmingham, Alabama, USA - SEP 2, 2013
Bottle pour, two finger head, good lacing. Both aroma and taste are heavy on the hops. Overall, a pretty good IPA. ToddAA (4) - California, USA - SEP 1, 2013 does not count

Light amber, cloudy....tall off-white head.
Candied orange aroma.
Fruit, orange peel, malt flavor.
Nicely crafted. kambei70 (1091) - - AUG 31, 2013
2013 bottle to a tulip glass. Pours a translucent copper with a persistent off- white foamy head. Aroma is malt, a little yeast and caramel. Hops was only barely noticeable but the bottle was one month from expiration. Taste has a solid malt backbone with both piney and grassy hop flavor. The resulting bitterness ramps up in he middle and mildly lingering. A slight roastiness. Medium semi-dry mouthfeel with some astringency. Would like to try a fresher bottle.

Boy, I really seem to be striking out with the Imperial IPA’s lately. Another one that tastes like dish soap to me. Definitely not to my taste, due to the bitter aftertaste. This is another one of the kinds that I cannot stand. Melker (266) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - AUG 30, 2013
Wonderful aroma. An explotion of citrus fruits. Lemon, mango, peach and grapefruit. Also some pine. Taste is light sweetness and pretty heavy bitterness. 574deadzone (1419) - North Central, Indiana, USA - AUG 29, 2013
Can to snifter. Pours a hazy, sunny golden with a thick off-white head that leaves some thick, sparkly fluffy lace. Nose involves tropical fruit (pineapple), plenty of toasted malt, some dank pine resin, earthy and savory notes. Pretty sweet flavor, with a fairly intense bitterness. Medium bodied, oily, creamy, sticky, juicy, with a long bitter finish. A tasty IPA, the toasted malt backbone really helps set off all the hop tones.
