12oz can to Sierra Nevada IPA glass
A - Brassy golden body, crystal clear, firm 2 finger off-white head. Textbook retention and lacing showing off.
S - Awesome bouquet of citrus aroma. Grapefruit, apricot, spicy, light bready malt. Yeast comes out more as it sets. The aroma is spot on. A harmonious balance of hops, yeast and malt.
T - Spicy grapefruit bitterness right off the top. Bright and clean. Sweet and bitter grapefruit flesh morphs into resinous grapefruit rind bitterness toward the end. Citrus, pineapple, and, stone unripened stone fruit dominate the palate. It has a simple sweetness that plays off the hops wonderfully. Semi grainy malts add just enough backbone to support the strong citrus hops. Finishes crisp and clean with a long bitter aftertaste.
M - Medium full body, low to medium carbonation, smooth with a very clean finish.
This might be the best IPA I’ve had to date. It is clean, precise, and executed almost flawlessly. It’s bursting with hop flavor and bitterness without being over the top which is hard to come by. The layering of flavors are very impressive. As of right now this is my favorite IPA to date. This 6pack was 15.99 but worth every penny.

Pours a crystal clear, light orange gold hue, moderate layer of dense white foam sustains, light lacing.
Aroma is piney resin, citrus zest, light fruits, bubblegum, a touch of underlying malt crispness, touch of alcohol.
Taste is pine resin hops with a touch of florals and grass, sweet fruits and lemon/grapefruit acidity soon jump into the profile, some toasty malt enters midway, finishes dry and bitter.
Palate is medium, thick and chewy texture doesn’t stay too long, moderate high carbonation.
Overall a well-built IPA, the fruit and citrus provide a unique taste and the clean malt sweetness balances out the hop bitterness, a nice refreshing treat with subdued alcohol flavor. Rando7 (787) - Iowa, USA - APR 3, 2013
Bottle pours medium-dark yellow with white head. Aroma pine with slight citrus. Taste initial malt sweetness replaced by citrus and pine. Clean brief finish of citrus and pine. Full palate. Alcohol not evident.mrmartin (786) - New York, New York, USA - SEP 18, 2010

12 bottle supplied by SHERM1016....thanks! Pours a rich dark yellow; moderate head. No lacing. Who cares....this is one very great beer. Bitter / hoppy (juniper / pine) nose and dry / hoppy initial taste. Bitter taste lingers....but what an excellent bitter it is! Very tasty!!

From a bottle, pours light amber with white head quickly fading to ample lacing. Very fragrant, lots of floral and citrus. Nice hop bite balanced with notes of honey. An outstanding IPA...

Tap at the brewery’s 10th anniversary celebration. Citrus and grassy hops aroma, flavors follow with grapefruit and good balance of malt backbone. Very nice IPA. Fisler (785) - Bamberg, GERMANY - JUL 9, 2015
Msdrbeat (785) - East Lansing, USA - DEC 9, 2015
On tap at Hopcat. Grassy nose. Bit of grapefruit. Bitter at the front. Spreads through the mouth.

22oz Bomber. Pours a medium golden color with a slight haze. A short head leaves some scattered lacing in my Alesmith shaker glass. Pungent hop aroma with notes of pine, bubblegum and nectarines. Body is medium and slick with a biting bitter finish that lingers. Flavor is quite balanced and reminds me of Hop Devil in that respect. Quite bitter and hoppy with a good balance of malts. Overall a really great IPA!
