Interesting beer; not something I'll reach for again but I enjoyed it. Pours a pure, jet black, thin beige head, no carbonation. Nice cinnamon and fruity aroma. Rich roasted malts, coffee, light toffee and rich dark chocolate notes. Bitterness on the back end is moderate but works well with the profile. Odd beer but it kind of works.

Backlog entry. Good flavors, close to style, as expected without too many surprises.

FROTHINGSLOSH (8267) - GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 11, 2017
Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a black color with a large foamy brown head lingered and left a bit of lacing. The aroma was dry and roasty with a bit of cinnamon. He flavor was cinnamon, raisin, roasty malts and turned dry. Long finish. Medium bodied. Disappointing

UPDATED: NOV 7, 2017 Great variant to the base Commodore stout with the addition of cinnamon and raisins. Pours an opaque black with a thin tan head of froth from its bottle. Dried fruit, raisins and cherries in the aroma with hint of spice. Taste follows nose, with spice and fruit sweetness over the base dry Irish stout style. Creamy mouthfeel while the carbonation lasts, somewhat thin after that.

UPDATED: OCT 23, 2017 Black with big , brown head . Cocoa, chocolate, cinnamon and dark fruits in aroma . Moderately sweet with pleasant, roasted bitterness at the end. Everything is balanced and in place. Great stout.

BREWMUSKCLES (2759) - New Jersey, USA - OCT 18, 2017
Just a great cinnamon and raisin flavored stout. The flavors waft in in order and blend nicely. The body is full but not over heavy. There is a light rum and warmness that makes the beer complex without being busy. There is a bit of head and chocolate mocha. A must try. This is a beer above all and that is what makes it great.

Bottle. Poured a black color with average head. Nice aroma of cinnamon, cocoa, raisin, toffee, brown sugar. Very complex. Medium heavy body. Thick and creamy texture. Caramel butterscotch notes with cinnamon raisin. Roasted malts. Yummy.
