Appearance: Deep black brown. Opaque. Firm head of tiny white bubbles.
Nose: Dark chocolate. Coconut. Caramel. Some red fruit.
Taste: Sweet dark malt. Mildly bitter. Stronger coconut presence.
Body: Full and silky
Parting thoughts: Not very unique, but one of the best dark coconut beers. Sweet, rich and full. Very tasty.

Draft at EBF. Dark pour with tan head. Sweet coffee, roasted, coconut aromas. Flavors are sweet, roasted coffee, chocolate, vanilla, and a blast of coconut.

Poured up on tap at the Tempe WoB where it exhibits a deep dark brown sort of mahogany colored body that supports a mocha head of foam. The aroma offers up dark roasted coffee, some burnt malts and an inviting toasted coconut sensation. The taste is similar as I get dark roasted coffee blended with a seamless roasted coconut sensation, a bit of earthy chocolate and malty to molasses like sweetness smoothing this out. On tap @ Beer Revolution. Black in color with a finger of khaki foam. Quite a nice roast, coffee, and coconut aroma. Plenty of vanilla, too. Bitter dark chocolate, fruity cocoa powder, and just a touch of bitter ash. There’s a really nice sweetness to it without being overdone. Good shredded coconut flavor, too. Nice beer.
