COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A fresh, unfiltered brew perfect for lazy summer days. Our Wahoo White is brewed with unfiltered, un-malted wheat and oats that give it a distinctive cloudy complexity. True to the Belgian tradition, this Witbier boasts a refreshing, citrusy flavor thanks to the orange peel and coriander we add to the boil. This makes Wahoo an ideal beer for year-round beach weather.

Poured a hazy yellow/orange color, with a light two finger head. Little retention and lacing. Refreshing, fruity banana and coriander. Smells like an above average hef to me. Light maltiness. Fruity banana flavors at the front. Some mild apple and orange flavors in the background. Feels great in the mouth. Slides down smooth and easy. This could be an easy stand-by beer to go to when nothing else strikes your fancy. I wouldnt stick with drinking it all night, but its good to give your palate a break once in a while with something that easily tastes good.

Easy drinking, refreshing beer. Pale yellow cloudy pour with a nice white head. Aroma is not really noticeable- though you can detect some citrus to it. Taste is good- here you can find the characteristics of the wit, It is an easy going down beer.

3.07? I guess it cant get high marks since its not 150,000 IBUs or roasted and full of coffee, or has 58% alcohol. Pours out a clear yellowish color with a white head that goes away quick. Not as cloudy as I would have thought it to be. Smell has some presence of orange and lemon, little bit of corriander, some sweetness, and wheat. Taste is light and refreshing. Very easy to drink. Very good cold too. Lively body. Good beer, underrated as hell.

Typical wheat. You got your banana. Your clove. Can a wheat do much more any more? This one leaves you thinking: ok. Session beer. Lawnmowers. Yadda. Yadda.

Draft. Looks like grapefruit juice in the glass. Very fruity aroma of citrus and some wheat. With such light alcohol presence, more of a shandy taste than of a beer. Sweet finish.

Bottle. Head is initially small, fizzy/frothy, white, mostly diminishing. Body is hazy medium yellow, bottle conditioned. Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), lightly hoppy (flowers), lightly yeasty (cobwebs), with light notes of lemon peel, coriander, and detergent. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, lightly to moderately bitter. Light to medium body, watery texture, lively/fizzy carbonation. Passable, but not noteworthy in any way.

A tolerable wit. Pours almost like pineappple juice. Watery in flavor for a wheat beer with notes of citrus.
