COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A fresh, unfiltered brew perfect for lazy summer days. Our Wahoo White is brewed with unfiltered, un-malted wheat and oats that give it a distinctive cloudy complexity. True to the Belgian tradition, this Witbier boasts a refreshing, citrusy flavor thanks to the orange peel and coriander we add to the boil. This makes Wahoo an ideal beer for year-round beach weather.

On tap at the Old Grove location. Can’t believe I’ve never rated this more common brew. Super unfiltered cloudy pale white/yellow pour with huge sticky white head. Nose is yeasty lemonade. Taste is not as good as nose. Tart odd citrus to not much better. Hints of burnt plastic. Maybe not a good batch.

Nice citrus fruity aroma. Medium and short white head, hazy gold. Medium sweet, very low bitter. Light body.

Keine Spur bitter. In der Tat ein prima Sommerbier.

Draught at the taproom in Little Italy, San Diego. Hazy golden coloured with a small white head. Fruity aroma of citrus and caramel with notes of spices. Fruity flavour of citrus and spices with notes of orange peel. Fruity finish.

Hazy pale yellow color with a short-lived head of thin white foam. Clean yeast aroma and flavor with subtle citrus and herbal spice.

Rated on 7-28-2017. The appearance of this draft beer is a very small white smooth head that mostly diminished, cloudy pale yellow body, no carbonation observed, and a fair amount of lacing. The aroma is light coriander, light citrus, wheat and malt. The flavor is coriander, citrus, some wheat, and malt. The mouthfeel is light carbonation and smooth. This beer is light-medium bodied. This is a very easy drinking beer and refreshing. The flavor eventually came through and was okay. This is not one of the better beers that I have drank/rated from this brewery.

Typical wheat beer. Pours cloudy yellow with lots of carbonation and an average head. The smell is of lemon mild cereal malt. The taste is more of the lemon and malt, a little bit of floral malt, and that usual sweet, banana like wheat beer quality. OK, whatever.

Full bodied wheat, nice fruity belgian notes. Underrated on ratebeer. Great beer. Ballast point sd ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from end Oct 2016, so about 6 months old. Pour is cloudy golden haze due to unfiltered nature, with a one finger white head of froth. Dominant aroma is of bread, cereal, and dough - not getting any fruit or spice, but could be due to age of bottle. Tastewise is light, some sweetness, mixed with sourdough, hints of orange peel and coriander. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with soft carbonation and not much finish.

355ml bottle kindly shared by djoeye. Tiny white head. Straw coloured body with a wheat haze. Spiced mid-sweet fruity nose. Coriander, wheat and sweet pears to the taste buds followed by mid-sweet fruity ending. Very average for the style. (Tromsø 02.04.2017).
