Draught at Little Italy. Pours clear black with a medium, frothy beige head, short retention. Aroma is moderate thin mint cookies, moderate chocolate, medium nutty and toast malt. Flavor is moderate thin mint cookies, chocolate, medium nutty and toast malt with light bitterness and a dry finish. Full body and medium carbonation. Tap at BP Little Italy. Healthy rocky foam atop ink black. Big thin mint aroma. Flavor is dry and biting, major thin mint character. Fairly hoppy with mint accentuating it. Palate feels a little too dry for this style. It’s not really my style, "chocolate mint," but my its my wife’s favorite.

Draft. Pours near black with a beige head. Rich sweet chocolate malts, mild-moderate roast, and sweet chocolate lasting through the finish. The mint doesn’t come out very strong, but the chocolate and sweetness does. Solid. joeneugs (6371) - Livermore, California, USA - MAR 1, 2016
On tap in Temecula. It pours dark brown with a khaki head. The aroma is cinnamon and cocoa. A little toast. The flavor is dark chocolate with a hint of mint. Some solid roasted malt and cookie-like sweetness behind it all. Very subtle and drinkable. Roasted, dark chocolate with light mint in the finish. Really good. hopdog (12510) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 4, 2015
On tap at the Ballast Point tasting room in Little Italy. Poured a dark brown color with a thin sized off white head. You can get the thin mints, not over powering but definitely there on top of the Imperial Stout aromas and flavors. Mint not overpowering - which is good for me.

On special cask at Ballast Point! One of the greatest beers I’ve ever tasted! I can’t describe! It has the aroma of a thin month jammed in your nostril and it drinks like a liquid thin mint cookie with a creamy booze flavor! Triple Epic!
