This is a drink for real enjoyment. It is distinguished by a delicate golden color, a pleasant malty flavor and hoppy aroma.

Hildigöltur (5103) - København, DENMARK - JUN 29, 2004
Golden coloured. Rather well balanced with some maltiness and some hoppiness.

MartinKubert (862) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - JUN 29, 2004
Light and pale yellow colour. Low head. Quite nice. A bit sweet. Rather carbonated. Some hints of corn.

Slick (1969) - Thief River Falls, Minnesota, USA - JUN 5, 2004
Cloudy light straw color.Small white head that lasted for a decent amount of time then faded to a small lace.Sweet malt aroma with a hint of citrus and hops.Light flavor all around.Light malt, hops and the fruit is milder yet.Very thin body almost to the point of being watery. The finish is fairly clean and light as well. Not a bad brew better then some other Macro’s of the same style, but still it’s borderline.

ElGaucho (2401) - Minnetonka, Minnesota, USA - DEC 23, 2003
Strong lager aroma that is slightly unpleasant. Pale gold color with small, white head that is mostly dissipating. Good carbonation and lace. Cookie flavor with some bite. Flavorful for a light but really how light is it (calories)? Solidly average. I'm mildly surprised that this is rated more highly than the Baltika 9 as the primary difference between the two is the alcohol. Although the 9 may lose some Palate points, overall it is the better beer.

JPDIPSO (6298) - Wauwatosa, USA - DEC 22, 2003
Light straw color with a taller fluffy white head. Light malt and grass aroma. Initial light malt sweetness and malt flavors. Later evaporates to a watery light grain middle. Small amount of floral hops. Light malt finish.

jbrus (4988) - Delft, NETHERLANDS - DEC 18, 2003
Aroma is very light grainy with some hops. A little hazy (is this bottle conditioned?), yellow color, white head, good lace. Malty, maltsweet start, vegetable, little bitter. Fuller than expected.

Kinz (3786) - Glen Allen, Virginia, USA - NOV 23, 2003
Clear light yellow, rather fizzy, slight head retention. Aroma is of bread and dirt. Flavors are very lightly grainy, with a tiny bit of earthy flowers. Not a distinctive brew, but I've had worse. My bottle was thankfully brown, and labelled as a lager.

Panzuriel (2429) - Westerville, Ohio, USA - NOV 16, 2003
Very Light beer with a thin head. Light mildly hoppy nose. Thin watery texture and not very much beer flavor. The others from this producer are much better.

jaymobrown (1845) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - NOV 11, 2003
Similar to the other offerings from this brewery. Light color. Some barely noticable hops. Nothing really to note about this.

JoeM500 (1909) - Crown Point, Indiana, USA - NOV 10, 2003
Clear pale with a light ring of very white head. Light, crisp and clean, with no offensive tastes, and nothing to really standout. Not too grainy or sweet. A decent light lager.
