A slightly hazy yellow beer with a fine head. The aroma is slightly perfumed with notes of malt and even the brewmash. The taste is very hoppy from the begining almost like a czech beer - but then it becomes a little watery - and the bitterness doesn't linger that long. It is not that sweet - but has a great balance and is a very pleasant beer to drink. Really good for a pilsener. oh6gdx (26488) - Vasa, FINLAND - APR 3, 2007
Canned. Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is malts and hops. Flavour is malts, slight syrup and some hops. Flavour is malts, some sweetness and a nice hoppy peak in finish. Not very interesting, but quite clean. omhper (25119) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - SEP 11, 2007
Canned, thanks oh6gdx Pale yellow, rich firm head. Fruity aroma with melon and pineapple Sweet and fairly light bodied with clean mouthfeel and notes of vegetables. Very low bitterness. refreshing (for being a BBH beer). TBone (17532) - Pori, FINLAND - APR 21, 2007

Very bright pale yellow, almost green, decent white cloudy head. Grassy, a bit vegetably and malty aroma, some sweetness and paper too. Light palate. Slightly harsh malty flavor. Clean but boring light bulk lager. As sayravai mentioned, not far from Lapin Kulta.
Light yellow, quickly dissipating head. Smells of aroma, but not much else. Taste is a whole mixed bag of things - ranging from a sweet light maltiness, to nothing at all, to cooking apples, to nothing at all, to beer. No, sorry I was lying about that last one. A masterpiece of blandness, but at least it wasn’t nasty. If I’m being fair, I will own up to a little hint of hop in it. But that might just be the finish of last night’s 100gram still.

50 cL can from Sam’s Quik Shop. Golden yellow pour with a medium quickly dissipating head. Metallic and corny aroma. Taste is grain, corn, grass. Some metallic notes. Medium bodied. Honestly probably the best Baltika pale lager. bierkoning (13352) - La Tropica/Doarp, NETHERLANDS - MAY 19, 2003
Pours a big frothy head that diminishes slowly. Worty, grainy orange aroma. Grainy, malty somewhat hopbitter flavor. Medium bodied with just a hint of orange and glue. Decent lager, but not an entirely clean palate. Bov (12636) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - MAY 27, 2007
courtesy of oh6gdx - translucid pale golden colour, no foam remaining; aroma of corn and plastic, sweet and slightly oily, short corny finish with some residual sugars - quite tasteless and very modest PorterPounder (7970) - Tallahassee, Florida, USA - APR 19, 2003
Common Eastern European Lager - nothing offensive here - nothing to get too excited about.
Wet cardboard aroma, slight, quickly dissipating head. Bubbles last throughout and add a nice contrast to the pleasant light golden pale appearance. Flavor - detect a bit of hops - peppery aftertaste - slightly dry on the palate. Hermod (7879) - Vantaa, FINLAND - OCT 8, 2009
50cl can. pale yellow, thin head. not much going on here, bit metallic, malty aroma.
