Flavour is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, malty, caramel, burnt malt - caramel, nutty notes, light metalic and bread. 50 cL bottle. Pours golden amber with a creamy tan head, rather beautiful beer really. Mild spiced breadish and slight roasted aroma. Flavour is medium sweet, hardroasted malt and distinct breadish. Smooth breadish finish, remains dry and holds a mild bitterness in the far finish, otherwise quite malty brew. Ungstrup (37309) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - JAN 18, 2003
A dark amber beer with an OK head, though it disappears quite fast. The aroma is sligt with sweet notes. The flavor is very sweet of a good malt blend - really nice - but lacking a little bitterness in the end. joergen (27983) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JAN 30, 2006

UPDATED: JUN 13, 2005 (Bottle 50 cl) Almost amber-coloured, slightly hazy with a fine head. Very malty and caramel-like with a pronounced sweetness and a rather limited hoppiness. Quite full-bodied and a pleasant surprise. Contains som rye-malt. 280204 omhper (24973) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - JAN 27, 2005
Bottled. Copper colour, rich, lasting head. Vague toffee aroma. Medium sweet with decently firm body and clean mouthfeel and notes of coffee. Might be the one Baltika beer I actually enjoy. Travlr (24307) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - JUL 19, 2009
Big bottle at 12 Chimneys in Bishkek, Kyrgyszstan. Nice amber color, very attractive. Candy taste, maybe added caramel. Slight spice in the background. Better than its brothers. fiulijn (20427) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - DEC 28, 2005
Dark amber color. Malty aroma, and wort. Simple taste, but with some malt, a lot of caramel, light sweetness and correct bitterness. Beerhunter111 (20356) - P´Castle, GERMANY - AUG 28, 2014
