Scopey’s grand vertical. Thanks to Dan, one of those beers you think you have had and then find you have not! Almost clear deep brown beer, tidy pale tan head. Palate is airy, slightly dry and has reasonable fine carbonation.Tangy dark malts, a little dry dark chocolate. Mild tangy dark fruits. Light dry finish. Pretty ho hum but inoffensive.

Bottle shared in East Croydon - many thanks to Daniel. Pours rich brown with a creamy, tan head. Sugary, well toasted brown bready in the nose, faint cocoa. Medium sweet flavour, lightly metallic, with more cocoa, toast, caramel. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Sugary sweet finish, with more bread, toasted caramel. Not bad.

0,5l Flasche.

Meh. Too watery, to little complexity for my taste. Some roasted coffee, little chocolate.

Bottle. Poured black, thin tan head. Aroma was roasted malts, fruits and coffee. Taste was sweeter, weak coffee flavors and mild dark chocolate.
