COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A traditional dark beer based on old recipes. "Baltika" brews this beer with the best dark and light malts with the addition of superior hop types and a special strain of yeast. Crystal-clear water and the secret touch of "Baltika"’s brewers make this a beer of unsurpassable quality.
The ingredients are water, caramel malt and burnt roasted malt, maltose syrup and hops. 17°

Bottle, as pictured. Near-black red hue, 3-finger kakhi head. Very mild carbonation, thin texture - bit too watery. Roasty dark chocolate aroma, fig. Bitter-sweet taste.

Bottled. Pours almoust black with medium sized, beige head. Nose of roasted malt, caramel, coffee and notes of smoke. Rather dry flavour with roasted malt, coffee ad licorice. Medium to full bodied, oily texture and soft carbonation. Dry finish with alcohol notes and a little bitterness. An OK brew.

Bottle. Dark brown pour, with a fizzy light tan head. Dark malt, light chocolate, a bit of fruit, roast, iron rust, and earth. Mouthfeel is very bubbly and the carbonation is rough. Decent.

Bottle. Dark brown with tan foamy head. Strong aroma- brown sugar, grain, toast (?). Lighter bodied than expected but still tingles the tip of the tongue, but not to carbonated. Malty, a little boozy, with hop balance- dry but not too bitter.

Bottle to porter glass. Aroma is herbal and like some kind of green plant. Taste is mostly roasted malt with hop balance. Finish is decent. Good carbonation. Very different from European and American porters. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Ciemne piwo, w butelce półlitrowej, z wytłaczanymi napisami, herbem browaru prawdopodobnie. Duży plus do wyglądu.
