500ml bottle with ringpull from Tesco. Very pale yellow colour. Mild hoppy aroma and flavour. A bit bland and inoffensive but pleasant. Good for washing down spicy food. GregClow (3402) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - APR 23, 2010
Bottle from th LCBO (Baltika gift-pack). Pale yellow with a creamy white head. Expected a ton of skunk from the aroma due to the green bottle, but I guess keeping it in the dark since I bought it did the job, as it just has a mild aroma of vaguely sweet malt and slight hint of grass. Tons of carbonation gives a crisp and prickly mouthfeel. Flavour starts as a pretty standard inoffensive Eurolager, but develops some faint burnt plastic notes as a warms up. [2843-20100418] 500mL bottle. Mild toasted dust aroma with a hint of greenery. Clear, pale yellow body with a quick foamy white head and some lacing. Sweet grainy dirt flavour, not much going on. Medium body. Not offensive, fair.

Pours a clear yellow, highly carbonated with a modest white head that quickly fades down. Aroma has a very sweet grainy nose with some low grassy hops at the end. Flavor is very sweet overall but not cloying. Sweetness is a honey and very grainy note with almost no bitterness present. Body is light and fizzy. Overall note a good brew but not bad. The sweetness does provide some enjoyability on a warm day but not something I wouldn’t drink too often. CH-303 (2358) - Fribourg, SWITZERLAND - APR 19, 2010
Appearance: Light golden, clear. OK white head.
Aroma: Grass, some hops. Floral?
Taste: Floral. Some malt and hops. Sweet. Not much aftertaste.

2010-04-18. Crisp yellow body with a small white head. Muted aroma, light grass/straw, light alcohol notes. Flavour is similarly muted, light grains and mild bitterness throughout. Average palate is lightly carbonated. Overall it is much better than the Baltika 5, it is less rough but still pretty bland. Bottle from gift pack, LCBO, Toronto

Bottled. An anaemic gold coloured beer with a tiny off-white head. The aroma is sweet floral and grassy. Hoppy and sweet in the mouth with hints of butter. There are some nice bits to this beer and it’s a decent Eastern European lager blankboy (7808) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - MAR 16, 2010
Bottle [500ml] shared with HogTownHarry & garthicus -- c/o garthicus. Pours a clear pale gold with a small somewhat-lasting white head. Aroma: Ewww, not great: Grassy, skunky, grainy and a bit sugary sweet. Flavour’s a bit better, your standard mediocre European Pilsner-type beer. Average bodied. Drinkable, that’s about it. Pale yellow in appearance with a nice medium white head. Has grassy, slightly skunky aroma. Typical lager flavor, again with a hit of grass. Good lacing. Not bad. bu11zeye (13215) - Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA - FEB 25, 2010
