From a bottle poured clear golden color with a fair amount of head. Grassy malty flavor with a lingering finish. grimreaperguru (263) - santee, California, USA - DEC 15, 2009
UPDATED: JAN 6, 2010 Pours a very pale yellow with a fizzy short lived neon white head.Aroma is a subtlest skunky hay.Flavor is real bland. It only had a slight taste of hay and it was shunky. The body was watery and it had a metallic finnish.I’ve had worst beers then this but at least I could taste something. fonefan (48810) - VestJylland, DENMARK - DEC 15, 2009

Bottle, LCBO gift pack 2009. Pours a very light yellow with very little head. Mild not much there aroma. Taste is slightly corny/skunky with very little aftertaste. This has less flavour than the 5. Standard export eurolager with nothing offensive but nothing to recommend it either. barncatmatt (2285) - Cambridge, Ontario, CANADA - NOV 26, 2009
500 ml bottle from a gift pack. pours pale yellow with a white head. over cabonated. fresh barley malt aroma with slight floral hopping. the flavour is similar but is a touch to sweet. this is an average pale lager that could be helped by more hops, or in this case hop extract. get one bonus point in overall for been super fresh tasting and free of skunk despite the green bottle. Very pale clear pear yellow, fizzy, white head. Aroma is sweet - apples and yeast and alcohol. Taste is like aroma plus grapes and malt sweetness... light lemon hop bitterness and some lemon rind, Some late junky-ness and I would not drink many. GRM (4021) - Aylmer, Quebec, CANADA - NOV 24, 2009

I had this side by side with the baltika 5, and I honestly can’t detect a difference. Same sweet corny mess. Its not awful but it’s not great either.
