Bottle at Pabna, Leek. Pours a clear deep golden colour with a fizzy white head. Aroma of rice, some grain, a little banana and slight herbal hops.
Taste of soft bready malt, grain, some banana, subtle spice and slight herbal hops. Light bodied and moderate carbonation. A short, grainy bitterness in the finish with a subtle cardboard aftertaste. The hint of banana and herbs in this threw me a little but it’s still a generic, Indian restaurant lager. Ok. s_hartshorne (2784) - wakefield, West Yorkshire, ENGLAND - APR 20, 2014
Draught Indian moments curry house Walsall. Golden colour slight head aroma is sweet grain pale malts taste same over carbonated. Not as good as kingfisher. Best curry I’ve had in years RuneStumo (2687) - Haugesund, NORWAY - FEB 4, 2012
04.02.2012. 0,66l Bottle. 5.0% abv. vinmonopolet.no. Pale yellow colour with white head. Aroma of cabbage and cauliflower. And if you think im really in to vegetables - im not. This gives this beer a very poor and nast aroma. This fades a little the more you drink and after a while there is more malt and bitterness. Leavs a dry tounge with dry mouthfeel. More cabbage at the end. POOR. jimhilt (2610) - Bow, New Hampshire, USA - JUL 1, 2006
Pours a three finger white head that fades quickly leaving a trace of lace. Chrystal clear light amber color. Good carbonation and medium bodied. Apple juice/cider nose. Starts sweet, fizzy apple flavor hints of adjuncts in background. Brewer says "With a strength of 5.2% ABV, Bangla is stronger than most Indian beers and has a fuller flavour and smoother taste, which perfectly complements spicy food." Didn’t know what to expect. $1.99 for a 660ml bottle from John’s Market Place Tigard, Or. NosirIwont (2535) - Frederikssund, DENMARK - OCT 7, 2011
Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy straw yellow with a creamy white head. Decent lacing. Sweet, hoppy aroma with a tart grainy note. Sweet, grainy flavour with a touch of apple and a tart wine-like note. Tart, grainy finish. This is really all about the grain. 07.10.11.

From bottle. Very sweet beer. Strong honey flavour. Sweet scented aroma. Gold in colour. I enjoyed the first sip but just got to sickly. Nice with the curry mind. Spiesy (2338) - Sydney, Greater London, AUSTRALIA - OCT 25, 2003
Bottled. This beer was new to my local ruby house. Nicely presented with a big generous hoppy aroma. The beer drinks like any other larger and you don't nice the primary effects of the alcohol but rather just the secondary effects on the mind. Nice beer that has re-assured my inclanation to travel to the sub-continent. jerohen (2297) - Bussum, NETHERLANDS - APR 10, 2005
Dutch Ratebeer meeting. First more or less ok head of the evening. Flavour resembles a British IPA a little bit. Enough bitterness, but not overly entertaining. ramboraffe (2256) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - FEB 18, 2015
