August 2017 - Cask handpull at GBBF 2017, Kensington Olympia. As 'Bank Top Bad To The Bone'. Golden orange, clear and still, foamy off-white head leaves light lacing. Aroma is peachy, biscuit, fig biscuit. Body is smooth with soft carbonation. Taste has a buttery-biscuit base as Greig from Masterchef would say, light lemongrass and straw, soft bitterness. Fine. Cask at GBBF 17, day one, 08/08/17.
Clear golden with a very well appointed off white head with great retention skills .... a looker of a beer !
Nose is orange peel, straw, light bread, melon.
Taste comprises toasted grains, bready malts, orange peel, tangerine.
Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close.
More a gold than a bitter for me but a great cask beer none the less. madmitch76 (25568) - , Essex, ENGLAND - AUG 13, 2017

Cask at the Guildford Arms. Pours clear golden with a thin white head. Aromas of light malt, faint hop presence. Taste is light sweet, again faint hops just about balance things out. Basic. Stuu666 (14838) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - MAY 17, 2016
Cask at the Guildford arms. Pours clear golden amber, nose is musty toffee, light fruit, taste is bitter, dry toffee, something odd. theprof (1236) - Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, ENGLAND - NOV 29, 2015
Cask. Modest hints of caramel malts on the nose. Pours amber gold with lace top. Reasonably hopped to balance in the taste. Little languor on a light palate. Soft finish. I can imagine a pleasant evening in a country pub with this as the session ale, but the sparkle would have to come from the conversation.
