Cask at the Guildford Arms. Pours clear golden with a thin white head. Aromas of light malt, faint hop presence. Taste is light sweet, again faint hops just about balance things out. Basic. Stuu666 (13394) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - MAY 17, 2016
Cask at the Guildford arms. Pours clear golden amber, nose is musty toffee, light fruit, taste is bitter, dry toffee, something odd. theprof (947) - Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, ENGLAND - NOV 29, 2015
Cask. Modest hints of caramel malts on the nose. Pours amber gold with lace top. Reasonably hopped to balance in the taste. Little languor on a light palate. Soft finish. I can imagine a pleasant evening in a country pub with this as the session ale, but the sparkle would have to come from the conversation.

Cask Handpump at the Howcroft Inn, Bolton 15/10/2005 Golden coloured hoppy and fruity with a crisp and slightly dry malt finish. ManVsBeer (10450) - Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire, ENGLAND - OCT 30, 2013
Cask @ Wishing Well, Heywood. Golden with a creamy head and a medium to full body. It is mid-hopped with a light fruity taste. harrisoni (18578) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - OCT 18, 2013
Cask gravity at Six Bells Woodchurch. Clear amber copper colour lasting white head. Some caramel on the aroma. Some caramel and sweetish fruit in the mouth. Not much hop presence but again it’s in good nick and it’s a straight up bitter. Like what your Dad used to drink OwainTurner (425) - Leicester, Bedfordshire, ENGLAND - OCT 8, 2013
Tap at Criterion, Leicester. Rather uninteresting beer, bland. Slightly sour finish, easy drinking and smooth. Ungersven (5) - - MAR 3, 2012 does not count
Not particularly exciting, but a lovely session beer with prominent yet appropriate hopping. Doesn’t seem to be dry hopped, good all rounder.
