Cask gravity at Battersea BF 08. Dark ruby with lasting bubbly beige head. Mild aroma, some choc. Rather a nice dark mild aroma. Bit of tarryness. Decent in mouth, some dark fruits, a little choc powder. Good dark mild with a good fruit/choc mix. I can see why it gets some solid scores. FatPhil (17334) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - JUL 14, 2008
Cask (Ealing BF2008)
Classic dark mild appearance. Coffee, rich malts, and hoppy aroma. Also coffee in a well-balanced taste. Very tasty, very much like my 2nd real malt (not extract) home-brew. Alas that means nothing to anyone else.
