Bottle on Miami Beach, Barbados, 7th January 14. Nice refreshing shandy, lemon forward, fairly sweet, a little bit of Banks on the finish. Erzengel (9364) - Wuppertal, GERMANY - AUG 15, 2014
275ml bottle found in a caribbean shop at Shepheard’s Bush Market, London. The beer starts sweet, fresh, nice lemonade with the beer tastable in the background. Fresh but quite sweet. The aftertaste is much more lemonade than beer, but still beer behind the sweet lemonade.

Can. Pours golden with a small white head. Aroma is sweet and lime. Flavour is lemon, lemon and lemon. And white sugar. Lively carbonation. Highly drinkable and refreshing in the Barbados heat. DruncanVeasey (8260) - Nr NUNEATON, Warwickshire, ENGLAND - APR 22, 2013
Direct import courtesy of Ma Jenner, completeing the full house of available Banks ’beers’. Am I seriously the only Ratebeerian desperate enough to have rated this in 6 years?? Lager looks. Alarming toilet cleaner aroma with pleasing, green, fresh-zested lime and pine needle aspects also. Intensely sweet 7Up/sherbet lemon-like flavour before the sherbet kicks in; nothing beery detectable whatsoever. Would seriously hit the spot on Sandy Lane or Accra Beach of a sunny afternoon. They’re all sunny afternoons in Barbados. Storm (2684) - Amager, DENMARK - SEP 3, 2007
Bottle. Golden clear colour with nearly no head. Aroma of sweet malt and little of apples. Flavour of sweetness malt and little of apple very thin and ends sticky sweet.

Bottle. [Thanks to yespr for sharing this one] Average frothy white head that mostly diminished. Clear flat looking body with a pale yellow color. Aroma of citrus, lemon, lime and note much else. Light bodied with a thin texture and average carbonation. Moderated sweet flavor, hint of acidic. Sweet fruity finish. Papsoe (25059) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JUL 9, 2007
(Bottle 27,5 cl) Courtesy of yespr. Clear, pale golden with a white head. Very strong aroma of lemons. Light and watery with distinct, synthetic lemon notes and a sticky sweetness. 080707 Arnie (274) - Chicagoland, IL, Illinois, USA - JUL 1, 2007
A radler, basically. Odd how these are becoming more common. Sweet, lemon-lime on the nose, ginger-ale on the finish. gws57 (1276) - Saint Charles, Illinois, USA - JUN 26, 2007
Had this one bottled at the brewery in St. Michael, Barbados. Unusually good, nose of artificially flavored lemonade, profoundly sweet with just a hint of "beer" flavor. Refreshing. I’m somewhat embarassed to rate it so high. yespr (47115) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - JUN 14, 2007
Barbadian kinda radler :) I was almost laughing at the brewery as I saw this, they also produce a malz beer, interesting selection of what I would call the two worst German contributions to the beer world. Anyhow: pours yellow to orange with a crispy white head. Aroma is sweet and lemon without being really citric. Flavour is sweet lemonade, clear sugarcane flavoured. Carbonated mouthfeel. Sweet finish. It is okay to drink on another humid day on the island.
