Bottle from Far Land in P-Town. Light flowery aroma, green apple. High carbonation. Very dry and well attenuated. Has some musty, earthy, cellar flavors on the finish. Hints of dark honey. Complex for a cider.

355ml can. Clear cider pour. This is a decent smei-dry cider, a touch thin and fizzy but nice.

Tap @ British Beer Co Walpole - pours still, clear, gold. Bright green and red gala apples, crisp sweetness, very mild heat from the alcohol. Nice!

Tap at Draught 55 trying as many New England cideries as possible new goal. Clear with only slight tinge. Nose is honey and tart apples. Tastes of clean apple juice, sticky honey, sage, candies sugar. Prefer myself the dry ciders and this is more like the generic ciders that give US poor rep, but still a decent enough beverage I can see folks enjoying.

Draft at The Pastoral. Pours yellow with no head. Slight Apple notes on the nose. Tends towards the sweeter end but not so sweet as it becomes cloying. Finished cleanly. Solid cider. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Clear/watery pour. Aroma of tart apple, flavor is sweet of honey and cinnamon. Sweet and crisp.

Pours a ale straw color wit great clarity and a quickly fading finger of fizz. Nose is apple skin, sweet honeycomb cereal, jasmine, ripe fuji apple. Palate follows with bright refreshing flavors, zesty carbonation and nice balance of apple flesh sweetness, light tannins and spicy yeast complexity.

Draught and bottles since debut, most recently on draught at Mei Mei, 5/20/15
Dark golden with a slight haze to it and little/no head. Not overly carbonated from the sight of it.
Smells of honey, from the very first whiff moreso than the apples, which seem to be on the lactic side and quite a bit softer than a bright, malic-forward cider would be. Not that that’s a bad thing, and the honey definitely smells good. Raw and real, with very light floral aspects. Very light spiciness on the end; cinnamon and black pepper phenols help to balance while no alcohol is noted.
A good sweet and tart mix is produced on the palate. There is both sticky honey and lactic-like apple flavor. Some light acetic notes do produce a bit of sour vinegar-like flavors, but it’s mostly just a tart cider. On the end, however, the honey and apple sugars re-emerge, sweetening things considerably. Too much, for my tastes, though it’s nowhere near cloying. It’s a difficult feat to balance the honey and I think overall it would be better off if they cut the honey addition in half. Though I can see how the sweeter ciders appeal to a wider audience....

Quick3Beers (1423) - East Falmouth, Massachusetts, USA - MAR 27, 2015
Pours a very pale yellow, nearly clear from a bottle. Aroma is a slightly yeasty floral honey. Flavor is a dry crisp champagne-like apple with a hint of honey towards the end. Very effervescent. Good cider.

Full glass on draft at Pastoral in Boston. Clear light straw yellow with no head. Aromas of light apples. Tastes of sweet and tart apples and juice. Medium-light body with a dry finish. Not complex by any means but I enjoyed it.

Cybercat (6146) - Georgia, USA - JUN 30, 2014
Pours a clear straw yellow with no head - but this is a cider, and one expects this of a hard cider. Apple aroma has a subtle undertone of pear. Crisp, sweet flavor has an underpinning of sour apple, perfect to take the edge off a hot day. Texture is firm and very fizzy, leaving a nice apply tingle. A wunderkind of a cider? Probably.
