COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Skilled artisanal brewmasters called toji handcrafted the finest sakamai rice into a new style of sparkling beverage. It is infused with the natural juice and zest of yuzu citrus fruit then carbonated. Banzai Bunny Yuzu has the vibrant aroma of fresh yuzu zest. It is elegantly sweet and refreshingly tart.

This is a very interesting sake. If I did not pour it from a sake bottle, I would think it was Squirt Soda. It tastes, smells, feels, and even looks like Squirt. Delicious, if you like Squirt.

Pours a cloudy, super pale yellow. Smells like lime juice in a rail tequila shot. Taste is super sweet. Sugar covered lime wedge dipped in lemon juice. Light bodied with a sticky texture. Fizzy carbonation and a decently long finish. Overall, interesting. Tastes much better than the aroma.
