Bottle - Pours a a nice brown, big bubbly white head that dissipates to a light lacing. Aroma belgian yeast, dark grains with some malts, all spice and a bit of nuttiness. Good carbonation - bubbly on the palate - some sweetness probably from the honey but a dry aftertaste with some yeast and molasses.

Mooie schuimkraag, zwak moutig geur , sterke metaal achtige smaak die overgaat in zoete tonen. Erg droog in de mond.

Didn’t feel like a bok beer. Very dark brown, creamy and nutty, as well as caramely. I could feel some flavour from the honey. Generally good.

Flesje gekocht bij trappistenklooster in Achel. Heel donkerbruin, mooie kraag.
