A hazed golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, herbaceous character, very nice. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with resinous herbaceous floral hops, light mineral notes, pleasant.

My Bottom Line:
This American-style Pale Ale showcases the usual suspects, citrusy and resinous hops, in a slender body with honeyed accents.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A slice of foam tops the misty pale amber-hued blond.
-Drinkability is high.
-The flavour profile is balanced.
-Resinous hop bitterness is pleasant.

On tap at their bar in Lima.

UPDATED: JAN 5, 2018 03.03.2016. I drank it in Arrequipa in our hotel. It is a drinkable pale ale. The appearance is copper and the carbonation is a bit low but it is find. The taste is a bit watery but the hop is tasty, bitter with a taste of lemon. I drank this beer in Arequipa after a long day of trip. I tried this one again in Collique and I bought this bottle at the Metro from Comas. It is a typical pale ale, for this second rate that I shared with Raoul, my impression was better with a copper body, sparkling carbonation, white foam taking time to disappear. The taste is generously hoppy, citrus, a bit watery, orange peel, malt hidden by the hop, perfectly refreshing during the summer in Lima, forget the pilsen callao guys!!!!! I drank this one the 5th January 2018.
