Yellow color with dry honey color and flavor. Grainy flavor with the faintest hint of coffee. BrewDad (5328) - Olympia, Washington, USA - FEB 24, 2007
A deep amber color with a light head. This had a very unique flavor somewhat fruity in nature and seemed to have a slight lager feel. Easy to drink this is a going to be a chick brew in the long run. andrewtroth (25) - Eagan, Minnesota, USA - FEB 23, 2007
Clear amber pour, not much head. Not much aroma. Pleasant on the palate, but flavor is muddled and tends toward the sour. Unremarkable. tyler_mn (1475) - SLP, Minnesota, USA - FEB 20, 2007
12 oz bottle. Pours gold with amber highlights. Small white head quickly disappears. Skunky pilsner like aroma. Tastes like wet cardboard smells with a hint of malty sweetness. Short and metallic finish. Decent for what it is I guess. Beerdedone (3401) - Croydon, Pennsylvania, USA - FEB 20, 2007
Bottle sampled with Stegosaurus. Pours golden with not much of a head. Nice sweet malts aroma. Flavor is sweet, with an underlining bitterness.

Bottle sampled with Beerded_one. Pours copper with a small white head. Aroma of sweet malts and grain. The flavor is sweet malts, slight fruit, grain, and mildly bitter. Thin body, not bad. JK (6095) - St. Louis Park, Minnesota, USA - FEB 12, 2007
Gold color. Very light hop and chemical aroma. Flavor is sweet fermented grains. Really not much body at all. joebrew (608) - Farewell Minny; Hello Puyallup, Washington, USA - FEB 12, 2007
Pours a light golden. Light pils-like flavor with a considerable sweetness to the grainy mouthfeel, but for a gluten-free beer this is pretty nice. I would drink this over almost all BMC product, and it is a nice substitute for a celiac for now. tomciccateri (1034) - Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA - FEB 4, 2007
From a 12-ounce brown bottle dated seven (7) month ago. Poured a very clear copper color with no head. Light-to-medium body with a slightly slick mouthfeel. Unique flavor, must be the sorghum, dominated everything after the early hop bitterness. Well carbonated with a somewhat sweet flavor balance. I prefer malt. hopdog (12341) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - FEB 3, 2007
12oz bottle, bottled on 10/02/06. Poured a medium orangish color with a smaller sized off white head. Very sweet aroma. Thereís something there I canít quite place. Must be the sorghum. Toffee and caramel. Plastic beach balls. Sweet tastes (but not as sweet as the aromas. Caramel. Thin body.
