Dark brown, creamy light tan head. Roasted chocolate aromas warm to light swirls of caramel and vanilla oatmeal. Burnt chocolate roasty flavors round with a touch of bitter coffee and cream. Light to medium bodied, soft carbonation, light bittersweet finish. Another one that spells nothing special... arventresca (567) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - AUG 23, 2009
Decent beer. Pours dark. Think mouth feeling. Creamy head .I enjoyed it however. Holdwine (1235) - Beertimore, Maryland, USA - APR 30, 2003
Surprisingly good, but more of a stout than a porter. Light tan head that stays to the bottom. Strong maltiness and then a quick switch to a lighter finish.
