COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Alpenkindl is an unfiltered, young Munich Helles, close to what the Bavarians where I used to live would call a Kellerbier, with a light yeast haze, residual malty sweetness, and subtle, fresh hop aroma. Brewed by homebrewer Calvin Perilloux.

UPDATED: OCT 1, 2004 Sparkling clear, straw-colored lager with a small, creamy, white head. Thin, but interesting aroma and flavor. Butterscotch, hay, freshly cut flowers with mild citrus notes. Medium-bodied with a lightly oily mouthfeel and fizzy carbonation. Short, crisp, lightly bitter finish. Refreshing.
