Opaque yellow, white big foam head. Aroma is fresh and fruity, so is taste. Still some bitterness is aftertaste. Nice. (Arnhem 201802)

0,75 bottle at Baccusardus in Villasimius (Italy). Cloudy amber pour, creamy off-white foam. Nose: raisins, Christmas cookies, pastry, grass, thyme. Mouth is charmingly sweet, softly balanced in its complexity, full bodied, wine a bit, bitter and sharp grassy end. This is another masterpiece from this brewery. Top class!

clear orange beer, creamy white head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: sweet, very malty, grains, cow fodder, sugary impression. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: very malty, lots of banana peel, grains, bitter hops, sugary, orange peel, some citrus. Aftertaste: banana peel, bit chemical, bitter finish, unpleasant. Not a fan of this one.

sebletitje (10547) - Enghien, BELGIUM - JUN 6, 2017
Bottle sample @ LIBF’17, thanks to the RB-InBev Belgian crew for the share.

Dark golden colour. Aroma and flavour have plenty of candied , dried fruit like apricot and pear.

Grumbo (4581) - Ipswich, Suffolk, ENGLAND - OCT 18, 2016
Bottle from Scurreria Beer & Bagel and thoroughly enjoyed at Spianata Castelletto whilst watching the sun go down over Genoa. Beer pours a hazy amber colour with a small but lasting off white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, fruit, vanilla and lightly herbal. Medium sweetness, light bitterness, and a touch of sour. Medium to full body, sticky texture, soft carbonation. Finish is somewhat dry, with some bitterness and a sour edge. Maybe not a fruit beer? But thought it a very good beer!

Fruit beer? Right! I’m a monkeys uncle then! Almost clear amber beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and dry. Decent fine carbonation. Thin malts, a little dry creamy sweetness. Dry spice. Trace of citrus peel. Dry finish. Dry, spicy and hardly any fruit. Clunky!
