Draft at the source. Dark brown, beige head. Aroma of roasted malt and chocolate. Taste is roasted malt, chocolate, espresso, a bit of smoke. Easily the best beer at this establishment.

A fairly roasted aroma with some chocolate. A nice beer, it’s thick but doesn’t stick in the finish but also doesn’t die away. Good stuff.

Sampler at the brewpub in Lake Havasu AZ. Black in color and smells almost burnt toast. Sounds terrible, but it's pretty good. Smooth and creamy on the palate with hints of chocolate and expresso. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

GABF 2011. Heavy black with a fading tan head. Nice dark roasty chocolate aroma with coffee and dark toasted grains. Flavor is nice and grand--coffee, chocolate, dark chewy cereal grains. Big body with a nice linger. Pretty great.
