on tap at bcbc, weak caramel aroma on a golden brown body with very little head. flavor had some nice caramel tones, with a bit of spices. mouthfeel was slightly creamy. nothing special about this beer, it wasnt bad, but as far as the sampler i was having went, it didnt excite me at all. beeryum (652) - Norcross, Georgia, USA - MAR 17, 2005

Brown, with a red tint, good sized biege head. Cinnamon toasty aroma, with a bit chocolate thrown in for good measure. Toas and bread flavors up front, with a mellow hop bit at the finish. Brown color, off-white head with nice lacing around the glass, toffee & caramel in the aroma, bready flavors with notes of more caramel, toffee & brown sugar, pretty well-balanced, nice hop character to the body, smooth finish with more notes of caramel & sweet malt

yet another bonus brew from doclock.poured out a "brown" color with a small white head.smelled of cinnamon,ginger bread,and brown sugar.as for the taste...?SOUR!!!!im not sure if this is normal but it tastes skunked to me....i think this is going down the drain. Poured a reddish caramel color with a small, off white head that left very light lacing on the glass. Butterscotch, diactyl, nuts, citrus hop aroma. Dry, citrus hop taste, light fruitiness, sweet malt and little cardboard. Average mouthfeel. Not bad.
