Birra gialla paglia, opaca con una schiuma chiare non abbondantissima ma di buona persistenza. Delicata e dolicina, agrumata con una interessante speziatura . Molto beverina. Buona ma comunque non travolgente.
0,75 bottle at Cagliari airport (Italy) Baccusardus. Opalescent yellow color, bright white medium foam. Nose: yeasty forward, almond milk start, crumb, citrus is hidden. Mouth starts yeasty, sweet, a bit fruity pulp (sweet). Finish is a bit spicy. This is a real reinterpreted wit. Arve_Christian (5208) - Oslo, NORWAY - AUG 20, 2017
On bottle from Wineshop in Alghero. Hazy golden color, good foam. Medium aroma intensity; fruity, light citrus, orange and yeast influence. Medium body & complexity. Ok bitterness- balances well. Enjoyable

Opaque golden yellow, small white foam ring. Light citrus aroma and taste, quite fresh in mouth though. Typical witbier, but not outspoken. (Cagliari 201511) Vighals (4236) - Sørumsand, NORWAY - JUL 23, 2015
Litt tåkete gulbrun med to fingre høyt hvitt skum. Lukter hvete, eple og røde bær. Lett fruktig søtlighet, noe fløtekaramell og hvete. Kort. Lite kullsyre. fiammanghilla (973) - Genova, ITALY - SEP 17, 2014

Light perfumed orangepeel nose.
Pale golden, low white head.
Full mellow foamy mouthfeel.
Good balance between the wheat
And the spices.
Slightly too much perfume in the finish.

Hazy pale gold beer with a small white head. Palate is light, softish and semi dry. Minerally carbonation. Light wheaty malt, whisper of cream. Mild citrus. Finishes smooth with a final carbonated nip. Easy going if somewhat uninspiring.
Bottle from GBBF 2013 and drunk at home. Pale gold hazy lasting white head. Yep a zesty refreshing Belgian wit and just the right beer for sipping whilst cooking a Bolognese. Quite a hoppy finish. rosenbergh (11660) - Tampere, FINLAND - JAN 4, 2013
375 ml bottle. L08-12. BB Dic/2012. (Roybeer) Milan, Italy.
Lively hazy yellow colour with thick creamy white head.
Yeast and wheat in rather mild aroma. Flavour is also quite easy. Some mild wheat, mild spices and mild yeast. Hmm... I was expecting a bit more but you never know...
