Has some banana/clove scents with a little spice notes. Taste is an interesting corn and nut flavors, smooth finish.

On tap at Barley Johns. Pours hazy brown with a creamy tan head that slowly dissipates. Aroma is soft sugars and fruit with the yeast being very subtle. Taste is all of the above with the sugars showing through and banana and clove showing nicely with the malty and spice finishing with yeast. Palate is medium and calm with a slick dry finish. Very smooth.

Pours a deep copper with a thin, filmy white head. Aroma is sweet and yeasty with hints of biscuits, candy, and bananas. Flavor is bready and yeasty with a lot of sugary sweetness with hints of bananas, cloves, cinnamon, allspice, and some sweet alcohol. Medium body with soft carbonation. Very tasty brew. Dark oak pour; somewhat empty in appearance. Vinous surprises of fig jam and juicy black cherries on the nose, burying graham crackers and brown sugar in a winey syrup. Hints of moist black bread, clove and expanding zesty spice. Flavor brings a bit of cinnamon and bubblegum into the fold of browned banana and bitter cocoa, oily hazelnuts, and sweetbread. Sprightly and brisk in the mouth; getting impish and watery toward the acidic and tannic finish. Simple; favorable and pleasing for the most part.
