Darkish amber pour with some white lacing. Sweet and not too hot - you can taste the sriracha very well in the finish. Pretty nice!!! BVery (10510) - Plymouth, Minnesota, USA - FEB 1, 2013
Tap at Winterfest. Usually like the beers from this brewer, but this was nasty. Mild chili, just weird. Pass on this. Steasy66 (1155) - Minnesota, USA - OCT 31, 2012
Oddish red color with 1 finger white head. Aroma is all spice, no hops, sweet chilis. Taste has just the right amount of heat, but has the strange veggie sweet flavor Sriracha, absolutely no hops. I didn’t think I’d be able to finish this one but after I got past the sweet veggie flavor it was drinkable. Decent chili beer at best. rbfishstick (141) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - AUG 19, 2012
Enjoyed at GTMW 2012. A strange one, but a good one -- pours a dark amber with a creamy head. The smell was faintly of Chinese food - like hot and sour soup with tomato. The taste was hoppy and mildly spicy with a grilled summer vegetable taste...and a trace of the "rooster sauce" flavor to boot. XmnwildX12 (2079) - Farmington, Minnesota, USA - JUL 23, 2012
Had this at the All Pints North festival in Duluth, MN. Big pepper scents, taste is a pleasant hot pepper out of all the spicy beers at the fest.

July 21, 2012 on tap at All Pints North. Light brown pour with no head. Aroma and taste were veggies and spicy heat. There were a few beers at the event that brought the heat and this was the best and only drinkable one of the bunch.
