COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our Honey Ale is vaguely in line with an American Blonde Ale. Brewed with the special Canadian Honey Malt, which lends a sweet, honey-like note to the beer, as well as whole organic wildflower honey, this beer lives up to its name. Unlike a traditional Blonde Ale, this beer is the orange/amber color of fresh honey. Sweet, light-bodied, and very easy drinking, this beer is perfect for hot summer weather.

Tap @ Barley Johns. Pours a bit hazy dark orange appearance with a cream colored head and pretty nice lacing. Honey, herbal/floral, lightly veggie aroma. Tangy, DMS, creamy, honey, infected flavor. Another messed up one, at least to me.

On tap at BJ, this beer is a surprise to me, I’m quite pleased with the honey sweetness.. it really comes through but not cloying just enough sugar remains when you lick your lips you taste the sweetness

Tap at the brewpub. Rich orange-amber pour with a nice foamy white head. Sweet honey and floral elements in the aroma and taste. Easy drinker.
