Pour on tap at the brewpub, clear orange pour with white head, aroma brought some grain, grass, slight vanilla, milky yeast notes, hints of slight fruity esters, peach and pear in there, touch of biscuit, slight spice notes come through as well. Taste is a mix of sweet fruits with peach, slight vanilla, more grain, biscuit notes, hints of spice with some slight coriander, finishing grainy, grassy. UPDATED: JAN 1, 2014 Tap at Barley Johns. Clear light gold pour with a white head and a small amount of lacing. Mild aroma of wheat and citrus. Palate is fairly full for the style - even a bit creamy. Taste is citrus and a nice grassy hop element. Very good example of the style.
