Draft... RBWG 2015... Pours mostly clear and amber with a fizzy, white head. The aroma is peppery and biscuity – loads of chilies here. Medium-bodied with modest carbonation. The flavor is lightly sweet up front, then presents a moderate measure of chili pepper spiciness and warmth on the backside. Finishes warming and spicy. drowland (9197) - Georgia, USA - AUG 5, 2015
2/20/15. Sampled during RBWG 2015. Amber pour with a nice khaki head. Nice aroma, peppers are plentiful, some sweet caramel going on. Great flavor, peppers abound, flavorful yet not too hot. I really enjoyed this one, but others may be turned off by the pepper presence. Tasty! jackl (8605) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - JUL 24, 2015

Lasting pepper heat on the finish, nips of citrusy hops, light balancing pale malt sugars. Good stuff. chinchill (5466) - South Carolina, USA - MAR 2, 2015
Growler at the Cajun Cafe on the Bayou during the RBWG 2015 bus tour.
This beer is loaded with serrano peppers. Even the aroma is dominated by serranos. I enjoyed it but others won’t. It is hot enough to leave a warming sensation in my stomach many minutes after the last sip.
Some amber style beer characteristics are there, if you can see past the heat and pepper flavor.
Nice orange-amber color; clear with a very good off-white head.
