Wim (3980) - Weelde, BELGIUM - MAY 24, 2009
gold blond coloured body with a little white head a sweet herby aroma a herby sweet little fruity taste with a sweet bitter finish

Yves (3042) - Turnhout, BELGIUM - MAY 23, 2009
A gold coloured beer with almost no head, only few carbonation. Sweet aroma (reminding me of apple juice and chlorid) Finish is sweet fruity and alcoholic.

ogivlado (7804) - Zagreb, CROATIA - MAY 12, 2009
Canned(500ml). -Dark golden coloured, medium sized off-white head that went away fast, sweet malty alcoholic nose. Sweet malty, bready and heavy alcoholic taste with touch of green apple and glue. Once again Van Pur has justified my expectations.

Can, 500 ml
Appearance:Pours amber. perfectly clear and medium to lively carbonated body with nice frothy, initially medium and slowly decreasing to small head, lacing is rather faint, almost non existant, orangy in its colour, head is frothy.
Aroma:Sweet, fruity, juicy, a hint of grains, rather heavy, aome notes of hops in nose, quite intensive, initially alcohol seems well hidden, but later on it becomes present more and more, creamy, rather heavy and heavier than ’Donner Super Strong’.
Flavour:Again grainy, toasty and burned like and on the other hand sweet malty and much more heavy in malted barley and alcohol in flavour than ’Donner Super Strong’, dull and much more boring than ’Donner’, finish duration is medium.
Palate:Body is full, texture is syrupy, dull, not well balanced, awful, poor, finish feel is unfresh, boring, heavy to harsh alcoholic.
