COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Golden color and creamy white load and foam, the Toccadibò reminds us once a golden strong ale. In the nose, is clean and dry with pronounced alcoholic sensations that soon evaporate leaving a magnificent triumph of fruity peach and apricot syrup that is well balanced with hints of hops flavoring reminiscent of the chives. In the palate, announced the sensation of "warming" is well contrasted by bold dryness that gives us a spicy aftertaste, clean and sharp that leads us, despite the strong alcohol content, just a second glass to be desired. More attentive the taster will not escape an unusual but pleasant hint of amaretto. A table can be combined perfectly with white meat, but may surprise and degrease elaborate dishes of game, fight fat cheeses with long ripening prove irresistible tarts and fruit syrup or amaretti. Ingredients: water, barley malt, hops, yeast, spices. Serving temperature: 10 ° -12 ° C

This is a really nice beer. Don’t know if it’s a triple. For sure, I would say that it’s a unique, addictive golden ale that defines the difference between complex and complicated. Basically, it all comes down to balance. There’s quite a few distinct flavors, yet there’s no sense of overcrowding the tongue. I get a quick blast of ephemeral spice, toasty malts, sharp cheddar cheese (!), grass, and a bit of sour fruit. All that’s well and good, but it’s important to note that it’s the overall balance and the nice, watery space between flavors that distinguishes this beer from the vast majority of big golden 750’s. Try it.

Courtesy of argo0. Very cloudy pale body with a medium white head. Hoppy nose with cotton candy, some honey and golden fruits. The flavor is moderately sweet, lightly bitter with golden raisins, caramel, cotton candy, honey and bandaid. Medium body is round with moderate carbonation, slightly medicinal finish.

750mL bottle, courtesy of argo0. Thanks, Aaron! Pours a hazy, bold golden color; white head with medium-bubbled lacing. Lots of honey, yeastiness, and esters in the aroma; singular, honey-laden nose. Medium-to-full mouthfeel: honey, toasty malts, white pepper and soft spicing; an odd, messy tripel with a solid honey core; reasonably tasty stuff, but singular overall. Medium finish: honey, toasty and sugary malts.

Bottle shared with IPFreely, DougShoemaker, Radek &friends at Coles Buffalo NY. Pours a slight;ly hazy light golden color. Aroma of funk & skunk immediate after opening bottle. Aroma turned towards light spice & pilsner aroma. Flavor consists of light fruit, coriander, belgian candi sugar & yeast. Crisp, nice to drink but not overly complicated or defining. Decent

Hazy/cloudy golden color with a moderate off-white head. Light wheat and spice aromas. Some hints of light fruit and mild citrus as well. Flavors are quite spicy. Mild pear and apples, mix with nutmeg and cinnamon. Alcohol also add quite a spice element. It shows a bit too much strength and not enough depth.

Pour is deeply hazed apricot with a thin sticky bright white head...smell is band-aid, feet, and lightly spiced with hints of pear...taste is sweet and thin with some pear, apples, pepper, yeast, feet...then a slightly hoppy bitter vegetal finish...

Pours a very slightly clouded gold and straw with a decent sized off white head. Nice, if not uneventful nose. Definite sugar and spices, and everything nices. Flavor is decent. Some definite fruit tones in there. Almost like drinking beer with a juice edge. A bit thin. So is the feel. Much thinner than I would prefer, but it is still a nice beer overall. It doesn’t kill it. This is an easy drinker. Too bad the body isn’t a bit more firm.
