It pours golden clear with a long lasting, compact, huge white head on top. Aroma is apple and other fruits, light, medium body. Candi sugar hints. Great beer! fiammanghilla (990) - Genova, ITALY - SEP 16, 2014
Bottiglia 75cl ordinata di birraland e bevuta a casa.
Chiara con bella schiuma.
Corpo medio, bella calda per l'alcol.
Frutta gialla matura, finale amarognolo.
Sinceramente una grande birra, beverina pur essendo strutturata!

This is a really nice beer. Don’t know if it’s a triple. For sure, I would say that it’s a unique, addictive golden ale that defines the difference between complex and complicated. Basically, it all comes down to balance. There’s quite a few distinct flavors, yet there’s no sense of overcrowding the tongue. I get a quick blast of ephemeral spice, toasty malts, sharp cheddar cheese (!), grass, and a bit of sour fruit. All that’s well and good, but it’s important to note that it’s the overall balance and the nice, watery space between flavors that distinguishes this beer from the vast majority of big golden 750’s. Try it. Lele (562) - Padova, ITALY - MAY 10, 2017
Tripel veramente molto, ma molto buona. Speziata e fruttata che è un piacere. Equilibrata, con un gradevolissimo mouthfeel. Veramente ben fatta!

Thanks to JK! Clear gold color with a large head. Wheaty aroma and some light general spice character. Very perfumy taste. Big wheat flavor. Dry finish.

P: medium body, tart, persistent carbonation
Overall excellent Belgian golden ale, the barrel completely transforms this into a sour beer I would consider the sourness on this beer to a Flanders red, base beer was excellent and barrel aging this makes it a great beer Lumpy (1802) - Carrollton, Texas, USA - MAR 6, 2009
Bottle. Body-hazy gold with a foamy white head. Taste-clean, fuel, cotton, sharp, light perfume, dry apple, pear, lychee. ippopotamo36 (2627) - Rome, ITALY - SEP 17, 2017
0,75 bottle at Baccusardus in Villasimius (Italy), consumed at home. Cloudy orange color, irregular medium-low white foam with a decent retention. Nose: surprisingly rustic, malt leftovers, pollen, almonds, almonds cookiesy, honey royal jelly. Different and amazing. Mouth: balanced, really in style with a peculiar personality. I can spot caramel and cocoa notes, medium-high carbonation, warming abv, charming sweet (and frizzy finish). Complex and tasty!
