COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Golden color and creamy white load and foam, the Toccadibò reminds us once a golden strong ale. In the nose, is clean and dry with pronounced alcoholic sensations that soon evaporate leaving a magnificent triumph of fruity peach and apricot syrup that is well balanced with hints of hops flavoring reminiscent of the chives. In the palate, announced the sensation of "warming" is well contrasted by bold dryness that gives us a spicy aftertaste, clean and sharp that leads us, despite the strong alcohol content, just a second glass to be desired. More attentive the taster will not escape an unusual but pleasant hint of amaretto. A table can be combined perfectly with white meat, but may surprise and degrease elaborate dishes of game, fight fat cheeses with long ripening prove irresistible tarts and fruit syrup or amaretti. Ingredients: water, barley malt, hops, yeast, spices. Serving temperature: 10 ° -12 ° C

Hazy golden with a thick creamy lasting head. Nose is subtle, a bit spoiled by a sulphur note, but spicy and a bit fruity nevertheless. Flavour starts with sweet honey, yellow fruits toward a beautiful dry slightly bitter end.

Bel colore dorato pieno con schiuma bianca fine. Al naso non sembra neanche una Belgian SA, anche se la componente alcolica è subito evidente. Note di frutta matura, spezie e luppolo. In bocca si è decisamente più tradizionale, il dolce compare, ma ottimamente equilibrato da una buona secchezza. Anche in bocca la nota alcolica si fa sentire, ma in modo equilibrato.

On bottle from wineshop in Alghero. Slightly hazy golden color, ok foam. Medium aroma intensity; fruity, light honey, nice yeast influence and some banana. Medium full body & medium complexity . Some immediate sweetness- ok bitterness and balance. Very Enjoyable ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

I forgot to note the appearance of a lot of beers. Anyway, aroma of tart grain, coriander, spice, hay, orange, and lemon. Tastes sweeter with grass, lemon, white chocolate, and wheat. Finishes with citrus wheat and lingering breadcrust. Medium bodied and easy going.

Bottle from Oak Tree. Pours hazy orange tinged gold with a small white head. Aroma is primarily peach with an underlying yeast/spice note. Medium body with mild carbonation. Flavor is sweet light stone fruit with yeast/spice. Grassy hops offset the sugar. Definitely balanced, but toss the doubts towards bitter. It’s quite interesting.

Thanks to JK for this. A beautiful hazy sunset orange color with some sediment floating about. Very white head that diminished quickly. Not as spiced as I’d expected but a wonderful aroma of bread, and perhaps a bit of clove. The body is light and smooth.

Colore dorato, torbida, schiuma compatta ma poco persistente. Aroma di malto, pesca e albicocca. Al palato note di albicocca, pesca e miele. Birra ben strutturata con un finale legermente amaro.
