COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Golden color and creamy white load and foam, the Toccadibò reminds us once a golden strong ale. In the nose, is clean and dry with pronounced alcoholic sensations that soon evaporate leaving a magnificent triumph of fruity peach and apricot syrup that is well balanced with hints of hops flavoring reminiscent of the chives. In the palate, announced the sensation of "warming" is well contrasted by bold dryness that gives us a spicy aftertaste, clean and sharp that leads us, despite the strong alcohol content, just a second glass to be desired. More attentive the taster will not escape an unusual but pleasant hint of amaretto. A table can be combined perfectly with white meat, but may surprise and degrease elaborate dishes of game, fight fat cheeses with long ripening prove irresistible tarts and fruit syrup or amaretti. Ingredients: water, barley malt, hops, yeast, spices. Serving temperature: 10 ° -12 ° C

Bottled (backlog). Golden colour with a mediumsized white head, which vanishes quite quickly. Aroma is fruity, spicy, mildly yeasty along with some alcohol and mild floral notes. Flavour is spices, some mild fruitiness, nice somewhat sweet malty body with a nice floral hoppiness in the finish.

Appearance: Pours a hazy, pale straw-colored body with a thin white head. Smell: Pale malt aroma with hints of lemon and fresh-picked flowers. Light whiff of dough. Taste: Light maltiness with a cereal sweetness. Slight doughiness. Floral hints and a nice zip of lemony citrus. Faint bitterness on the yeasty finish. Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium carbonation. Sticky mouthfeel. Drinkability: A decent, if pretty basic tripel.

Pours a very slightly clouded gold and straw with a decent sized off white head. Nice, if not uneventful nose. Definite sugar and spices, and everything nices. Flavor is decent. Some definite fruit tones in there. Almost like drinking beer with a juice edge. A bit thin. So is the feel. Much thinner than I would prefer, but it is still a nice beer overall. It doesn’t kill it. This is an easy drinker. Too bad the body isn’t a bit more firm.

750mL bottle, courtesy of argo0. Thanks, Aaron! Pours a hazy, bold golden color; white head with medium-bubbled lacing. Lots of honey, yeastiness, and esters in the aroma; singular, honey-laden nose. Medium-to-full mouthfeel: honey, toasty malts, white pepper and soft spicing; an odd, messy tripel with a solid honey core; reasonably tasty stuff, but singular overall. Medium finish: honey, toasty and sugary malts.

20081030 750ml bottle Hazy golden with lasting, small, sticky, white head. Yeasty aromas are a bit phenolic, sweet candy, circus peanut, coconut. Flavor has hints of butterscotch (not diacetyl-like), grassy, golden raisin, biting spice on finish from earthy hops. Hefty body and lingering flavor. These Italian beers are too expensive.

Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Pours with a hazy golden body and a light, white head. Aroma is slightly funky, sour, grainy with pear, bread and citrus. Taste is bread, citrus, slightly sour and slightly herbal. Pretty good. Watery mouthfeel, light bubbles.

750ml bottle @ AL REFETTORIO, Sardinia. Hazy orange body with a small, dense, white head. Light malty aroma with some lemon. Flavor is refreshing, light malty, some orange fruitiness, yeast, spices, a sharp bitterness and hint of alcohol. Very nice, refreshing and tasty in a hot summer day, not particular complex but tru to its style. Enjoyed this a lot after a week with mostly boring lagers.

750ml Bottle: Aroma of Belgian yeast, slight coriander, pale malt, and slight dough. Poured yellow/amber in color with a small, white head that disappeared quickly, except for around the edges. Cloudy. Sparkling. Full of tiny and small particles throughout. Flavor is light to medium sweet. Tastes of Belgian yeast, pale malt, slight honey, and some dough. Medium body. Lightly dry texture. Average carbonation. Pale malt, yeast, and slight honey finish is dry and a tad sticky. 8.4%ABV is completely hidden throughout.

500, capped. Pours a murky toffeeish light brown with a loose whitish film on top. Big creamy green apple nose. Creamy medium body with soft lively carb. Toffee, sweet cream, and green apples on the mid palate. Kind of candyish. Sweet finish. Nice but fairly unremarkable.
