COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

750ml bottle. Harvey Nichols, Leeds. (They have this listed as Tum Tum). Hazy gold. Thick and foamy, lasting, white head. Nose has pear drops. Wheat. Some barley sugar. Taste is sweet first off, turning quite metallic bitter. Chew on the palate. A bit flabby. Harsh bitterness to finish.

Huge, dense & fine lightly yellowish head, leaving textbook lace over very faintly veiled yellow-golden beer. Initially sourish, lactic nose, hints at citrussy hops, more and more bitter herbs. Quite bitter-hoppy, some malt underneath without real sweetness. Hops are more raw, not citrussy in the mouth. Hopoils attain astringency. Quite slick; medium bodied; well-carbonated. Bittering EU hops for a golden ale. Because of the astringency of the bittering hosp, drinkability is not its main forte.

Opaque dark yellow, white lacing foam head. Barley aroma and proper Belgian Ale taste. Light bitter aftertaste. (Cagliari 201511)

Bottle from gbbf 2015 and drunk at home. Hazy gold colour lasting white head. Yeast hoppy aroma. Some sweetness from the malts. Grassy citrus hoppy finish. Pretty refreshing after an hour cooking a rabbit stew. Just something not quite fitting in. A bit like a 6% Belgian blond. OK

Bottled. Golden colour with a big white head. Aroma is wheat, some floral notes along with mild bready and sweet alcoholic notes. Flavour is yeast, some citrus, mild bread and toffee. A bit sweet alcoholic notes as well.

Bottiglia 33cl, ordinata su birraland e bevuta a casa. Chiara con bella schiuma pannosa. Piacevolmente beverina, corpo leggero, luppolatura intrigante. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhold

Bottled 0.75L. Intence and hazy dark golden color, nice creamy head of long duration. Fresh and crisp nose, note of wheat, malty, and cellar. Medium prickly taste, much bitter palate with balanced and pleasant alcoholic mouth.

6.2% hazy gold with a good head, flowery yeasty aroma, yeasty (and maybe some liquorish) grapefruit taste.

Bottle, 75cl. A minimal-sized off-white head sits on top of a more or less clear, golden body. There’s flowers and fruityness on the nose, lemon peel and a touch of herbs and spices as well. The flavor has a nice bitterness in addition to what’s found in the aroma, finishing mostly bitter, but with a spiced and herbal touch. Medium body, quite smooth. A quite nice beer, but I could wish it was more badass. 110610
