A pale yellow color and looks like swill. A moderate white head on this one. A faint corny and grassy aroma. The flavor is dull with some grassy notes and corn. The malt bill is what seperates this from standard BMC. Pretty crappy. CaptainCougar (7133) - Columbia, Maryland, USA - DEC 15, 2007
Pours a very pale champagne golden with a spotty-lacing wispy white head. Lightly sweet, pale malty nose has a hint of noble hops. Body starts semi-sweet with a mild citrusy hoppy character toward an effervescent very mild finish. Doesn’t seem all that true to style and seems more like a pale lager. Needs more body and bigger Saaz hoppy character. troopie (2415) - Munchen an der Willamette, Oregon, USA - DEC 14, 2007
Draught. Poured pale gold with wonder malty and floral aroma. Lekker malty flavour with a hoppy tang. Lovely hoppy finish. This is a great pilsener. Suttree (6484) - Knoxville, Tennessee, USA - NOV 25, 2007
Yellow, with a big foamy white head. Mild aroma, notes of fruity sweetness and a slight whiff of corn. Very clean, with some sweet, bready notes balanced with some piney hops. Very enjoyable. Bradrcr (806) - Renton, Washington, USA - OCT 7, 2007
8/31/07 On draught at the brewery. Aroma is sweet pils malt forward followed by some slightly bready notes. Appearance is a slightly hazy yellow with a low white head. Flavor is light, but very smooth, and the pils malt is perfectly balanced with an earthy saaz hop character. Mouthfeel is light bodied with a medium carb feel and a dry finish. Overall, well balanced and quite refreshing.

A lot of character packed into this beer, just a well crafted brew. Pours bright gold with a soft white head. Grassy big hop nose with a bready and crisp flavor and light strawn flavor in the finish. This pils isn’t sulfery like many, instead getting spicy and lemony finish. One of the best NW pilsners i’ve had. CapFlu (5129) - Victoria, British Columbia, CANADA - SEP 19, 2007
(Draught) Sampled at the Great Canadian Beer Festival 2007 in Victoria on September 8th, 2007. Spicy yeast nose. Flavour is highly malted with yeasty finish. presario (4916) - Stampede City, Alberta, CANADA - SEP 15, 2007
GCBF sample. "Brilliant clarity with a huge pillowing head.. Clean pale yellow. Light peppery hops aroma. Light clean peppery taste. FlacoAlto (4220) - Tucson, Arizona, USA - JUN 13, 2007
Pours with a brilliantly clear, full straw-gold color (on the lighter side of gold) and is topped by a frothy, pale, just barely off-white colored head that starts out two-fingers in height. The aroma is a clean mix of lightly kilned malt and crisp hop notes that lean towards lemon grass. A touch of soda cracker aromatics join the sweeter cereal grain aromas.Angeloregon (2055) - Portland, Oregon, USA - MAR 26, 2007
Light and crisp, yet it still has a sweet grain character to the flavor. The beer has a nice biting bitterness to it that lingers on in the finish and is perhaps the most prominent flavor (though the malt sweetness is a close second). The hop notes lean towards a mix of grassy notes (the malt accentuates this a bit too), touches of lemon zest and something a touch like basil. The beer almost has a bit too much sweetness, by which I mean this could certainly use some more hop character. This is certainly a good beer on this hot (approaching 100ºF / 38ºC) Tucson afternoon; it has a crispness to it, but still has a light malt sweetness with a balancing hop character and all of which make for an easily quaffable brew.
From the lovers of lagers comes this crispy, bready low alcohol brew. This beer is what Budweiser might taste like if it didn’t cut corners with rice and other cereal grains. A very pleasant summer sessions lager with a dry flour finish and lemon yellow body.
